You should realize that there is a difference between renting business leads and purchasing exclusive rights to them. You will surely pay more for exclusive rights, but this is worth the advantage of not having to compete with other businesses that purchased the same leads.

In closing, only deal with services that are validated by the NCOA and stick with delivery formats that you are familiar with and comfortable utilizing.
