If there is no competition to analyze then you have a good niche. This could also mean that this is a failed niche. You shouldn’t be worried because this may signal that others have not taken advantage of this niche and you are the first. But you should definitely proceed with caution.
On the other hand, if you have done your research and identified a genuine niche opportunity, if you understand how to reach and talk to your new market segment, and if you have a strategy to compete in an existing marketplace, niche marketing can one of the most cost-effective ways to grow your business.
